Ansar acknowledges that “the path to the top is never easy, and this business came with its own set of challenges both within my family and outside of it.”


Each time she faced obstacles, she returned to her vision. “Staying focused on that vision became my guiding light.” She also credits her mentors: “I leaned heavily on their advice, and drew inspiration from the stories and experiences of others who had faced similar challenges.”


Her philosophy is simple: “Every pain can be turned into a mission. Don’t let your struggles break you—let them make you stronger and help you grow in this business.”

Ansar knows that leadership means more than recruitment. “I realized early on that building a successful team requires more than just sharing a business opportunity – it’s about helping my partners and creating strong, trust-based relationships.”

  4. Stay Consistent: “Treat your business like a 9-to-5 job. Dedicate time and effort every single day, without missing a beat.”

  5. Trust the Process: “Results may not be immediate, but persistence pays off. Keep putting in the work consistently, and one day it will lead to a breakthrough – a ‘big bang’ – and success will follow.”

  6. Build a Strong Mindset and Visualize Success: “Always keep a clear vision of where you want to be, and let that guide your daily actions and decisions.”



She sums it up: “Consistency, belief, a strong mindset, and commitment are the pillars that turn effort into results.”
