“I’m not here to impress anyone — I just share what helped me, and if it helps someone else along the way, that’s a good day.”
Craig’s journey is one of quiet strength, consistency, and authenticity. Originally from Scotland, he has called Northern Ireland home for over 30 years. Most of his career has been spent in hospitality, digital marketing, print, and design, where he learned resilience, creativity, and how to build businesses from the ground up.
“I tend to learn by doing — not from books. I’ve always enjoyed the challenge of starting something new, solving problems, and helping others along the way.”
Never drawn to the spotlight, Craig keeps things simple: “I just try to do good work, treat people fairly, and share what I learn.”
Discovering Unicity
Craig discovered Unicity at a time when he wanted to make positive changes in his health. “I was looking for something to support my health in a sustainable way,” he says. After learning about metabolic health and insulin resistance, he realised Unicity offered something different.
“There was no big introduction or plan — just curiosity, a desire to feel better, and an open mind.” He began with the Feel Great system – Unimate and Balance – purely for personal reasons. Over time, he noticed improvements in energy, focus, and overall wellbeing. “That was enough to keep me using it day by day,” he says.
Becoming a Distributor
His decision to become a Distributor came naturally. “People around me saw the change and kept asking what I was doing. I shared openly, and it grew from there.”
He emphasises integrity above all: “I trusted what I experienced — and because protecting my good name is important to me, I was happy to put my shoulder behind it. I didn’t join for money or status; I joined because the system helped me and I believed it might help others.”
Building the Business
Craig began quietly, learning as he went. “When I started, there was no local support, so I figured things out myself. People noticed my health changing and asked questions. That’s really how it all began — one conversation at a time.”
He focuses on authenticity over persuasion. “I don’t chase people. If someone is curious, I’ll help them. If not, that’s fine too. Life here is calmer — we let things run their course.”
Craig believes in adding value first. “If someone can’t afford to start straight away, I show them food-based options, routines, and ways to begin. I’ve given away more product than I probably should, but I’d rather give someone a fair chance than see them struggle.”
He recognises that business has highs and lows: “That’s normal with this type of business — you take the ups and downs together. I support partners, share what I know, and help people get started even if it doesn’t directly benefit me right away. Over time, that builds trust.”
“I’ve never called myself a leader, but I like helping people grow. If that’s leadership, then that’s enough for me.”
Social Media and Simplicity
Social media helps Craig reach people without the need for travel or events. “I just speak normally, like I would to a neighbour. That seems to be enough.”
Because he works long hours, TikTok became a practical tool. “TikTok was just an easy way to speak to people. I’d pin my phone up, share how I was getting on, and then get back to the day. No scripts. No hard sell. Just honesty.”
Facing Challenges
Craig knows that business is rarely a straight line. “When things dip, I just keep showing up. There’s no drama — you steady yourself and keep going.”
He doesn’t overcomplicate things: “I stay consistent and remember why I’m doing it — to look after myself, to help my family, and to support others when I can.”
Inspiring His Team
Craig never chased leadership: “I don’t try to be a leader. I simply learn what I can, share what I know, and help people find their own feet.” He also believes leadership comes from service: “If people see that you care and you’re willing to help without expecting anything back, they tend to walk with you. I think that’s enough.”
Craig’s tips for New Distributors
Take your time — no rush
Use the products consistently
Share your own story — it’s enough
Keep it simple
Be honest
Don’t panic if things go quiet
Help people first; the rest follows
His Secret to Success
For Craig, there is no hidden formula: “I show up. I help where I can. I tell the truth. And I don’t quit just because things get tough.” His approach blends patience, integrity, and consistency: “If it grows, great. If it doesn’t, life still goes on — but at least I’ve tried to make a difference along the way.”
Craig’s story proves that success isn’t about recognition — it’s about showing up, helping others, and letting the results speak for themselves.
